How to send us your radio.
1. Pack the radio and its components--including speaker(s), power supply, external amplifiers or controls, and any interconnecting cables--in a box with at least 3 inches of packing space between any part of the radio and the
container. Bubble wrap the radio and and fill the remaining space with packing
peanuts or paper. Any UPS store will do this for you.
2. Include speaker(s) in the box so we can determine if there is a speaker
problem.
3. Insure your radio when you ship it.
4. Include the repair form in the box so we have your information to
contact you.

5. Ship via UPS
6. We will notify you once we receive your radio and tell you the cost of
repair. (See Cost page)
